The program was devised in 2014 by the County of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg Police Crime Preventing Department. Since then, many Orphanages joined to the project from Mátészalka, Tiszadob and Nyírbogát too.

One of the most incredible things about music is its ability to bring people together. In a sense, music has the ability to form and even enhance a powerful community. Through the project’s tender, the Orphanages got the chance to enrich their musical instruments collection and hire music teacher to orchestrate the music classes for the youth.
